NFCme is a dynamic NFC MIDlet where each NFC service User Interface is a Widget which can be dynamically uploaded on the Handset.

• NFCme Engine

• A powerful cross platform Widget Engine (also called dynamic NFC MIDlet) available for nokia S40, S60 and Android (other platform are also available on demand). The Widget Engine content is synchronized based on the SIM content, the Engine “pulls ” new service interface or update from NFCme Server.

  Service interface are persistentinto the Engine memory and can be accessed offline, providing fast access to NFC Services hosted in the SIM.

• NFCme Server

• The NFCme Engine is coupled with the NFCme Server, a high performance J2EE Web App, which can be integrated into carrier server, TSM or third-party server. The NFCme Server publishes open API to integrate with 3rd party data sources or web services.

  The NFCme Server creates a delivery channel to the end user’s handset running the NFCme engine to update content.

• NFCme Development Suite

• The NFCme Development Suite is based on Eclipse, featuring access to NFCme API (with auto-completion), simulator, getting started example and template Widget.

  Service interfaces are written using Java language, UI definition is made by XML using css definition.

• NFCme is an advanced tool suite to design powerful and interactive UI, with animations, graphics effect (sliding screen, transitions), pre-built UI components (Menu, Edit Fields). A rich set of API lets you control the phone features (Camera, PIM), as well as access the SIM card

• Operators in control – Replicating SIM configuration

• As users can randomly subscribe to new services or un-subscribe from existing services, NFCme technology provides control by constantly monitoring the SIM to pull or update interfaces corresponding to service changes.

• Write your NFC service interface once and run it on any devices. The NFCme Engine is ported on many OS (j2me, S60, Android, ..), so you can deploy the same application on many handsets.

• NFCme shortens time to market: some service interfaces can be bundle in the engine and/or updated later by OTA.
  They are easy to maintain, with all updates done from the server side, only one version of the core engine t to maintain for all OS. Publishing a new service interface on the end user phone is as easy as changing a web page on your server.
