
Famoco has been selected by China Mobile Research Center as their NFC expert to design and develop the national NFC E-Wallet.
During this project we have collaborated with China Mobile team and China Mobile partners (such as UMP, ZTE, Nokia, Gemalto) to define and develope their NFC mobile payment system.
We have delivered :
· E-Wallet Mobile Client (J2ME Midlet) running on several SWP and SE handsets (Nokia 6131, Motorola L7, ZTE NFC). Basic application features are : card applet OTA download to SIM/SE through GP SCP02 secure channel, access to card applet to read balance/transaction logs and perform NFC transactions.
· E-Wallet card applet running on SWP Global Platform SIM from various vendor (Gemalto, G&D,…). E-Wallet is based on PBOC specification (Chinese EMV) and work for both payment and ticketing.
Technologies involved are: J2ME with jsr177-SATA API & jsr257-NFC API, J2ME Midlet certificate/signature, SWP/NFC SIM Card, Java Card and Global Platform.
In collaboration with Gemalto, we have developed a NFC Mobile Payment Midlet for MCHIP4 payment service. MCHIP Application is stored in the SIM, Midlet provide UI to let user use and administrate the service.
Service/App activation is done over the air and card transaction are protected by Global Platform Secure Channel.
Technologies involved are : J2ME with jsr177-SATA API, J2ME Midlet certificate/signature, SWP/NFC SIM Card, Java Card and Global Platform.
Development of the first smart card driver’s license for India (also known as SCOSTA).
Development, for a major smart card provider, of a MCHIP4 Java Card Applet on Open Platform Java Card. Successfully pass MCHIP certification.
Development, for China Mobile, of a CT-SAM issuance system for pay phone card.
Develop several j2me/brew applications and games for Thumbjive (www.thumbjive.com).
Develop the Instant Message feature of Gear-on application (protomobl.com/onhwood.php).
Took part in the development of the mobile client of Airplay (www.airplay.com).
