Looking for reliable payment equipment
In order to meet an identified need among its clients and enhance its product offering, Sextant Monétique was looking for reliable, rugged equipment that could seamlessly integrate with its business software and support embedded payment. Famoco provides rugged IP65 tablets that are ergonomic, pedestal-mounted, and remotely managed via an MDM (Mobile Device Management) platform. Additionally, Famoco Pay is a ready-to-use app, EMV L3 & PCI MPoC certified, enabling secure, universal, and contactless payment acceptance.
The deployment of the solution
In partnership with their software publisher Apex Timing, Sextant Monétique and Famoco have developed the Miniborne solution, an all-in-one system which allows users to choose and pay drinks and snacks on a self-service ordering tablet without interrupting their activity.
The solution was then deployed in the restaurants of these centers. The order is automatically transferred to the cash register and the kitchen, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Already implemented in several leisure complexes, this convenient tool enhances sales performance, improves team productivity, and increases customer satisfaction.
